BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 17. Iran and Russia
are discussing a mission to construct a railway with a Russian gauge
that may join the Iranian metropolis of Parsabad on the border with
Azerbaijan with the port of Bandar Abbas on the Persian Gulf coast,
