With Ariana Grande again as Saturday Night time Reside host, and longtime solid member Bowen Yang leaving, it was fairly apparent that the NBC late night time was going to be fairly Depraved, actually and figuratively, tonight. What was much less evident was the place the Lorne Michaels was going to go along with its tone setting chilly open.
“Ho, Ho, Ho, Ho, Sure we added a fourth Ho,” declared James Austin Johnson’s Donald Trump in a Christmas handle to the nation. “We now have to be vigilant this Christmas as People, as you understand, Arctic immigrants are coming in by our chimneys and stealing our milk and cookies …we’ll be trying into that.”
