South Australian Police will likely be carrying rifles and exercising extra weapon and drug search powers on the Adelaide Oval throughout the Third Ashes Check, following the Bondi terror assault on Sunday.
As the primary day of the Check kicked off this morning, SA Police Commissioner Grant Stevens stated each bag can be searched and requested for the group’s persistence as they entered the Oval every day.
