The European Fee president (at the moment Ursula von der Leyen) leads the bloc’s government arm, which has energy over commerce, agriculture, the only market and different inside coverage areas — though overseas affairs is dealt with by the EU’s high diplomat (Kaja Kallas) and the European Council president (António Costa), with each reporting on to EU nations.
