Markwayne Mullin, R-Okla., on Tuesday urged spring breakers with plans to go to Mexico to cancel their journeys as a consequence of violent clashes within the nation triggered by the Mexican military’s killing of cartel chief Nemesio Rubén Oseguera Cervantes, generally known as “El Mencho,” earlier this week.
