Rooster: I usually use pulled and shredded rotisserie hen. You may as well use uncooked hen breasts or thighs, add them to the pot with the simmering broth, and allow them to prepare dinner for about 10-12 minutes or till 165 levels. Take away, shred, and return to pot. This might additionally work nice with leftover Thanksgiving turkey!
