Most mornings, I stumble off the bed, seize my telephone, and crack open some Pokemon packs. During the last month, I have been consumed by the routine of booting up Pokemon TCG Pocket, a cellular adaptation of the favored card recreation, and–much just like the video video games and present encourage–catching ’em all. I’ve blown by dozens of booster packs by now chasing the joys of filling my digital library with uncommon holographic and full-art playing cards. I do know for a truth I am not alone on this craze, both. Group chats of mine are crammed with pals sharing the rewards of their booster packs, and my social media feeds typically include a handful of screenshots of somebody’s haul. That is not all that I’ve seen.
