Marine Tondelier, the chief of the French Greens, penned an open letter addressed to President Emmanuel Macron, stressing that France couldn’t be “complicit, even not directly, of retrograde insurance policies, nor can it tolerate that important medical assets be destroyed once they may save lives, stop undesirable pregnancies and contribute to larger autonomy for girls.”
