The Bulgarian central financial institution’s governor, Dimitar Radev, has taken a seat on the desk with the Governing Council of the European Central Financial institution. “I warmly welcome Bulgaria to the euro household and Governor Radev to the ECB Governing Council desk in Frankfurt,” ECB President Christine Lagarde mentioned in an announcement on Thursday.
