BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 21. The State
Company of Azerbaijan Vehicle Roads has began the development
of one other tunnel-type overpass throughout the development of
Pirshaghi-Novkhani-Khirdalan-M4 freeway below the State Program on
Bettering Transport Infrastructure in Baku and its Surrounding
Areas for 2025–2030, permitted by a presidential decree, the company
stated in an announcement, Pattern stories.
