Main airways say they’re planning to cancel a whole lot of flights on Friday — out of hundreds of each day flights — because the Federal Aviation Administration is ready to start limiting flight capability at 40 main U.S. airports amid the federal government shutdown.
American Airways mentioned Thursday it should cancel about 220 of its roughly 6,000 departures beginning Friday and lasting by means of this weekend.
