The 22-year-old Utah man charged with killing conservative activist Charlie Kirk returned to court docket Friday as his attorneys search to disqualify prosecutors within the case over an alleged battle of curiosity.Â
Tyler Robinson is charged with aggravated homicide in Kirk’s Sept.10 taking pictures on the Utah Valley College campus in Orem, only a few miles north of the Provo courthouse. Prosecutors with the Utah County Lawyer’s Workplace plan to hunt the demise penalty if Robinson is convicted. Robinson has pleaded not responsible.
