Whereas I don’t sometimes consider in New 12 months’s resolutions or written affirmation phrases, I do attempt to start the New 12 months off with a bit extra of a deliberate routine. I at all times begin on Sundays. This helps me to really feel grounded on the finish of every weekend, and helps me kick off the busy week forward with a bang. Under are just a few of the end-of-the-weekend routines I’ve dedicated to in an effort to relaxation and reset. It feels good to ward off the dreaded Sunday scaries!
