Michael Kay’s frustrations with the Yankees, who’ve gone 29 straight innings with out scoring a run, had been palpable as he referred to as the ultimate out of Tuesday’s sport.
The Yankees fell to the Angels, 4-0, as their shedding streak reached 5 video games.
As Paul Goldschmidt swung and missed for the ultimate out, Kay appeared nearly in disbelief over the ballclub’s offensive funk.
“If you see a lineup with this type of expertise base, it’s nearly incomprehensible that they’ve been shut right down to this extent,” Kay stated.
